bit lucky with this - seen in shops for extortionate prices on import, read excellent reviews, so snapped up when saw this second hand without hearing a single track - well i was not disappointed. in the same vein as all the other power pop gurus.. especially jason falkner, the same approach to melody/harmony with great classic instrumentation with a dash of playful studio trickery that doesn't distract the listener, the opener 'arnaldo said' is the blueprint for the rest of the lp. wonderful for those sunny lazy days.
