just picked this up without any knowledge whatsoever about the style. but the cover is great and indicative of the. contents. (man in bedroom doing pete townsend jump with guitar). and the music ? - superb powerpop, as its becoming known as ... the songs are short and sweet and the harmonies are glorious. along with the brendon benson and jason falkner stuff i have this is quality guitar pop. lets banish the miserable guitar loafers at once ! ;-) there are no sonic experiments, no effects just straight raw good songs - something we all need more of.
