a great return to form. way back in the mid-80's i loved the j&mc, never understand is pure 3 mins of fuzz guitar and shambolic drums - then they discovered sales, and america. and kind of lost the plot in more ways than one. this, though is back on track. the songs have the same snarly feel, the same guitars, one beat drumming and great funny lyrics - still obsessed with colour black, rock-n-roll, cars, america, 'i'm soo crap' etc etc the same - but done brilliantly. you wont even notice that you just lost 69 minutes of your lif as this lp whizzes by through episodes of sheer pleasure !
