iggy pop and the stooges - raw power
this is the recently remastered full on remix version. all instruments are set to stun. all of david bowies previous production touches have supposedly been removed and left the monster to its own devices. its rare i can listen to the whole lp in one sitting as its just so overpowering. the opening track 'search and destroy' is pure adrenalin and is recommended for everyone who believes the sex pistols to be the creators of punk. from this amazing opening track the lp never lets up, the vocals distort which just emphasises the energy/aggression that the instrumentation implies.
