david bowie - the platinum collection
yes, there are lots of compilations out there for the main man. but this is still an impressive track listing, collecting various stages of his career making it easy to select a certain cd for a certain mood, disc 1 for saturday nights with the red wine and the volume turned right up, disc 2 on sunday morning with the hangover, and disc 3 when ever you need to dance around a little.
i am biased somewhat, as apart from the odd dip in quality in the 80's, i genuinely love every track, so purely for information here's the rundown on this excellent 3 cd set. i mean really, this is pure gold on 3 silver discs.
