doug wimbish - trippy notes for bass
as far as its known this appears to be last official release on on-u - having never seen it on cd at release, when i recently saw it i was very surprised. snapped it up. listened to it. and the opinion .. its pretty cool - not mindblowing but cool, it does exactly as it says .. its laid back solo lp with bass lines which are treated, some tracks are pure tackhead/on-u and could come from any of the classics - one for the archives for historical interest - and those times when a bit of mellow on-u is in order.
