to the uninitiated : Andy Fairley is an on-u legend.
prior to his 'solo' lp his distinctive gruff/hoarse voice can be heard on numerous on-u standards, (he's all over gary clails end of century party). eventually on-u gave him his own release, the backing is done by skip mcdonald/dave harrow+others and is very reminiscent of dub syndicate. the main feature is the voice - well up in the mix and processed/treated just right. no songs as such just industrial-dub soundscapes with rants/raves by andy. a worthwhile purchase for any on-u listener.
