harrisons - wishing well

2 track single from these yorkshire lads who enjoyed the busking life of st tropez they stayed there for 3 months before deciding to see if anyone back in the uk liked their style of rabble rousing noise and hook ridden choruses. being all lazy and suchlike when the addictive guitar driven hooks kick in for the lead track of wishing well then it becomes obvious that the appeal of the kaiser chiefs is spreading throughout the land. just short of 3 minutes and packing in an excellent punch drunk riff the lead track is going to knock the radio one evening playlist into action. 'i've got the key and i know where to go' loops the main section, too bloody right you have, and i suspect its going to open a lot of doors for you in the next few months.

flip the record and we head straight into an undertones styled 'out tonight', fastly strummed guitars, and teenage kicks type of lyrics in which  'i'm going out tonight, cos the tv is full-o-shite' sdeclared with passionate intent. good, get out there and make more noise like this please.

too much excellence in an all too short 5 minutes.
